Booking
- We kindly ask you to refrain from making a tentative booking.
- We may call you about booking details in case we find unclear points.
- Priority will be given to the customer with booking. you may rent bike without booking depending on the bike availability at the reception.
Bike Rental
- You are required to wear sports shoes which are suitable for bike.
- All bikes without fenders.
- You must be supposed to come in person since we need to adjust the bike depending on your body.
- A minor who is under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18.
- Helmet is necessary.Helments can be provide without extra fee.
- Bring your own pedal is acceptable.
- All bikes are not supposed to attach any infant safety seat and trailer.
- Bring your gloves and sunglasses is recommended, to make your ride more comfortable.
Payment
- Please note that you need to make a full amount of payment at the reception.
Revision
- Please call or use booking inquiry form whose URL is included in the confirmation mail to contact pick up location.
Cancellation
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 days, during the business hours, prior to the date of use at no charge.
- Cancellations made from the day before the date of use onward will be subject to a cancellation fee as shown in the table below.
- The reservation will be automatically cancelled when one hour has passed from the reserved rental time without prior notice.
- Cancellation made on the day before due to bad weather forecast* at no charge. Please contact us during store opening hours the day before.
【Cancellation charge】
・～2 days in advance (during the business hours) : Free of charge
・1 day in advance (during the business hours) : 50% of the rental fee
・The day/no notice : 100% of the rental fee
※Bad weather forecast is defined as a 60% or greater chance of precipitation in the reserved region in the weather forecast released by the Japan Meteorological Agency the day before the event.
※Cancellation fees are set separately for group of 10 or more and for travel agencies.
Caution
- We ask for identification, e.g. driver's license, insurance card, student ID, passport, alien registration certificate and residence card at the reception. Please be sure to bring your identification on the day.
- You must observe traffic laws and bike rules.
